1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support in hiring workmen and staff as per manpower requirement.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment records.
- Prepare and issue appointment/offer letters.
- Conduct joining formalities and employee induction.
2. Employee Records & Attendance
- Maintain employee personal files.
- Supervise daily attendance, leave, and overtime records of factory employees.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll for monthly salary processing.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory registers under Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity, etc.
- Assist in PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance returns and inspections.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Address grievances of workers and escalate when necessary.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives at the shop floor level.
5. HR Administration
- Draft HR letters, circulars, and notices.
- Coordinate medical check-ups, uniform/PPE distribution, and insurance formalities.
- Prepare periodic HR MIS reports (manpower, attrition, absenteeism).
6. Liaison & Support
- Support HR Manager in audits and compliance reviews.
- Act as a bridge between management and shop-floor employees.
