We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager with 1–5 years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, and revenue generation. Candidates with experience in the gold, jewellery, or precious metals industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Convert prospects into business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Gold / Jewellery industry experience is an added advantage.
