Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Pre-Sales Executive to support the promotion of an upcoming technology showcase at a leading industry exhibition. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, prospect engagement, and managing inbound enquiries to drive demo registrations and event participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients and decision-makers.
- Promote the upcoming technology showcase and generate interest among target audiences.
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified demo registrations.
- Explain product/technology benefits and schedule demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with marketing and business teams to maximize event participation.
- Track daily calling metrics and lead conversion status.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in engaging with business stakeholders over phone and virtual channels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working within tight timelines.
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, events, exhibitions, or corporate marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
