The Role We're looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer who loves solving real customer problems with technology. You'll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, deploy solutions, integrate systems, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional products. Location Bangalore (Hybrid) Compensation ₹10-11 LPA (based on experience) --- What You'll Do - Work directly with customers to understand business requirements. - Deploy, configure, and customise product solutions. - Build integrations using APIs, Python, JavaScript, Java, or other modern technologies. - Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise deployments. - Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve the platform. - Translate customer feedback into product improvements. - Own deployments from implementation to successful adoption. --- What We're Looking For - Strong software engineering fundamentals. - Experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, or a similar programming language. - Good understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and databases. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders. - Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup environment. - 1–5+ years of experience (exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). --- Perks & Benefits - Competitive salary: ₹10-11 LPA - ESOPs - Hybrid work model - Relocation allowance - Comprehensive health insurance - Learning & development budget - High-end work equipment - Fast career growth with high ownership - Generous paid time off
