Job Responsibilities:
- Handle software support related to Marketing & Social Media platforms
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) business tools
- Support WhatsApp Business and Web WhatsApp operations
- Send and manage bulk push messages and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing team for social media activities
- Upload and maintain data on software/platforms
- Resolve basic technical issues related to software and social media accounts
- Monitor customer responses and campaign reports
- Maintain records and daily activity reports
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computers and software handling
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook & Instagram pages
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business tools
- Good communication skills
- MS Excel and internet knowledge
- Quick learner and team player
Skill Set:
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
