Ditinus Infra Services is a fast-growing IT infrastructure company based in Sector 75, Mohali. We provide end-to-end IT solutions to businesses across Mohali, Chandigarh & Panchkula including IT AMC, network setup, CCTV installation, firewall configuration, and on-demand IT support. We are the dedicated IT team for businesses that don't want to hire one in-house.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hungry, self-driven Sales Executive who knows the Tricity business market and can independently generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. This is not a lead-passing role. We need someone who owns the entire sales cycle from first call to signed contract.
What You Will Do
- Identify and prospect businesses in Mohali, Chandigarh & Panchkula that need IT support, AMC plans, CCTV, or network setup
- Cold call, walk in, and network to generate your own pipeline
- Meet decision makers business owners, office managers, and admin heads, and pitch our services
- Conduct site visits, assess client IT needs, and present tailored proposals
- Follow up consistently and close deals, not just submit quotes
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships for upsells and renewals
- Meet monthly revenue targets without hand-holding
- Report pipeline and activity weekly to management
What We Are Looking For
Must Have:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, IT, telecom, security systems, or office services preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
- Strong knowledge of the Tricity local business market, knows the industrial areas, sectors, and business hubs
- Confident communicator in Hindi, Punjabi & basic English
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel across Mohali, Chandigarh & Panchkula daily
Good to Have:
- Existing network of business contacts in Tricity
- Prior experience selling IT AMC, CCTV, networking, or similar services
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, enough to have an intelligent conversation with a client
Targets From 2nd Month Onwards:
- Minimum 4 client meetings per day
- Minimum 8 closed deals per month
- Monthly revenue target communicated at joining
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
