Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Create accurate 2D and 3D architectural, mechanical, or civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Project Execution: Convert conceptual sketches and client feedback into production-ready technical documents.
- Training Delivery: Conduct structured classroom or online training sessions on AutoCAD workflows, tools, and industry standards.
- Material Development: Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, student assignments, and training manuals.
- Mentorship: Monitor learner progress, troubleshoot technical hurdles, and provide one-on-one coaching.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D); familiarity with complementary tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, or 3ds Max) is an advantage.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of combined experience in industrial drafting/design and technical instruction.
- Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
