Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, monitor manpower, and coordinate with engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site execution experience and the ability to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and monitor labour, subcontractors, and site resources.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to engineering standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Billing, and Procurement teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Verify measurements and maintain daily work progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Implement and enforce site safety rules and housekeeping standards.
- Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, and other civil activities.
- Resolve on-site issues and report project updates to management.
- Ensure all work complies with client requirements and applicable standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good understanding of RCC, masonry, finishing, steel, and structural works.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word); AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- ITI or relevant technical qualification with substantial site experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
