About MSU OIA
The Office of International Affairs (OIA) is firmly committed to advancing its mission of cultivating a more equitable and interconnected global community by providing international apprenticeships, internships, work placements, and job opportunities. The primary aim of OIA is to help the University and its affiliated centres implement their comprehensive internationalisation strategy. Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Centre Manager for the Office of International Affairs (OIA) at Medhavi Skills University (MSU). The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the OIA Centre while also contributing significantly to Business Development, student acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth for MSU’s Study Abroad and Work Abroad initiatives.The candidate will work closely on the Germany-focused Study Abroad & Work Abroad module, coordinating with students, academic teams, international partners, training providers, employers, and other stakeholders to build and execute a seamless student journey from counselling and onboarding to application, training, placement/admission, and departure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Centre Operations
-
Manage the end-to-end operations of the OIA Centre and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Establish and monitor operational processes, SOPs, documentation, student records, and reporting mechanisms.
-
Coordinate with internal departments including Admissions, Academics, Finance, Marketing, Student Support, and Placements.
-
Monitor student walk-ins, counselling schedules, enrolments, documentation, and follow-ups.
-
Ensure timely resolution of student and parent queries and operational issues.
-
Track centre-level KPIs, enrolment funnel, conversion, revenue, and operational performance.
-
Maintain accurate MIS and provide regular business and operational reports to management.
-
Ensure the centre delivers a professional and student-friendly experience.
2. Business Development & Growth
-
Drive business development for Study Abroad, Work Abroad programs, International Exams & Assessments with a special focus on Germany.
-
Develop and execute strategies for student acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
-
Identify new business opportunities through schools, colleges, universities, corporates, training institutes, consultants, and other relevant channels.
-
Build and manage relationships with education consultants, channel partners, corporates,institutions, language training centres, and international stakeholders.

Explore and develop new partnership opportunities for international education and employment pathways.
-
Participate in meetings, presentations, seminars, webinars, education fairs, and student engagement initiatives.
-
Own the BD pipeline from lead generation to partnership closure and activation.
-
Track partner performance and develop strategies to improve conversion and business outcomes.
3. Student Acquisition & Conversion
-
Work closely with the counselling/admissions team to convert leads into enrolments.
-
Monitor the complete funnel: Lead Counselling Application Enrolment Training Admission/Placement Departure.
-
Analyse conversion ratios and identify bottlenecks in the student journey.
-
Develop outreach initiatives to improve student acquisition and centre walk-ins.
-
Support the creation of campaigns, events, webinars, seminars, and other lead-generation activities.
-
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents while maintaining high service standards.
4. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
-
Develop and maintain relationships with international universities, employers, language institutes,recruitment partners, education consultants, and other stakeholders.

Negotiate commercial and operational terms with partners in coordination with seniormanagement.
-
Manage partner onboarding, documentation, communication, and performance tracking.
-
Represent OIA/MSU at external meetings and networking events.
-
Build a strong ecosystem of partners to expand MSU's international education and employmentofferings.
5. Team & Performance Management
-
Manage and mentor centre-level teams involved in operations, counselling, admissions, studentengagement, and BD, as applicable.

Set targets and monitor individual and team performance.
-
Conduct regular reviews and ensure achievement of enrolment, revenue, and operational KPIs.
-
Identify training requirements and improve team productivity.
6. MIS, Reporting & Compliance
-
Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering leads, conversions, enrolments, partnerships, revenue,student pipeline, and centre performance.

Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and ensure timely data updates.
-
Monitor documentation and process compliance across student and partner journeys.
-
Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of student and partner information.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Education,Hospitality, or a related field.
-
MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
-
Experience managing a centre/branch/business unit will be an advantage.
-
Experience in Study Abroad, Work Abroad, international recruitment, Germany-focusedprograms, or education partnerships will be strongly preferred.

Candidates with experience in B2C/B2B2C business development and channel partnerships willbe preferred.
