About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in the fashion, apparel, lingerie, or lifestyle industry and be skilled in creating engaging content, growing online communities, and driving brand awareness and sales through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and coordinate content shoots with designers, photographers, and influencers.
- Write engaging captions, reels concepts, stories, and campaign content.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends, fashion trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Generate regular reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and social media best practices.
- Experience with content creation, reels, influencer marketing, and fashion photography coordination.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of fashion, apparel, lingerie, and lifestyle consumer behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Fashion Communication, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in Apparel, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Retail brands.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
