The Accounts Department is a vital component of the organization, responsible for managing financial transactions, records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This department plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting budgetary planning, and facilitating informed decision making by providing timely and reliable financial information.
Roles and Responsibilities
01. Responsible for accounting the advertisement, audit, consultancy, other bills account payable (AP) and debit notes Scanning & processing through Smart Documents
02. Responsible for entering and maintaining advance payment.
03. Supporting to respective accounts department for accounting AP and debit notes accounting related work as required.
04. Responsible for maintaining and filing the records and documents.
05. Approving Claims in EHR Portal on accounts Approval.
06. To Generate EHR Weekly Payment/Accounting
07. Cash Handling for Nine Units Cash Distribute against Expenses and Receiving Against Advance & Cash Sales
08. Fair and Credit card Accounting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
