We are looking for a fresher for the position of Fresher- Sales. All the required training will be given.
Sales Executive drives property sales, builds client relationships, and guides buyers through the purchasing process. Key duties involve generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Initiate outbound calls, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits, deliver high-quality project presentations, and highlight Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
Consultation & Closing: Advise clients on market trends, property valuation, and pricing. Negotiate terms and facilitate the end-to-end deal closing process.CRM Maintenance: Update client interactions, lead statuses, and follow-ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
