Roles & Responsibilities – GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Assist senior engineers in execution, supervision, and monitoring of site activities.
- Support planning, billing, quality control, safety, and daily progress reporting works.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, material records, and technical reports.
- Participate in inspections, measurements, and compliance with project specifications.
- Learn and implement construction/project management procedures and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain discipline at the work site.
- Perform other engineering and operational tasks assigned by reporting managers.
