Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website leads.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and location advantages.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
- Achieve lead qualification and site visit targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
- Stay updated with project information, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory), Kannada, and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
