Job Description
SEO Quartz is looking for a Development Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate web and software development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working with development teams, handling client communications, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage website and software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team.
- Gather project requirements and prepare project documentation.
- Create project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain project reports and status updates using project management tools.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or similar role.
- Understanding of web development and software development processes.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Website Development, WordPress, Shopify, and Custom Development Projects.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and QA processes.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing projects is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
