About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ethical Sales Executive to promote our Phy range of nutraceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals. You will build trusted relationships with HCPs, grow prescriptions, and represent our brand with integrity across your assigned territory. The role is currently for Mumbai region and we are looking for Mumbai localite only.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and detail doctors (Endrocrinologist, Gynaecologists) to promote the Phy product range with accurate clinical information
- Achieve monthly prescription targets and territory sales goals
- Build long-term relationships with HCPs based on trust and in-depth product knowledge
- Maintain and expand doctor coverage within the assigned territory
- Report daily activities, doctor feedback, and competitor insights via CRM/daily reports
- Coordinate with pharmacies, stockists and distributors to ensure consistent product availability
- Territories from Borivali to Andheri, Bandra to Churchgate, Dadar to Ghatkopar & Thane region are open for application
Qualifications
- B.Sc / B.Pharma / Life Sciences/ Nutrition graduate
- 1–3 years of pharma or nutraceutical field sales experience
- Existing HCP contacts in the territory are an advantage
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and product detailing skills
- Self-motivated with high ethical standards
- Comfortable with field travel and target-driven environment
- Basic CRM and reporting tools proficiency
