We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Expert to lead the growth and user acquisition strategy for our Matrimonial Platform.
Location: Lucknow (Work from office) Experience: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase registrations and user engagement
✅ Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid marketing channels
✅ Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
✅ Plan and optimize lead generation and conversion funnels
✅ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
✅ Build brand awareness and customer acquisition strategies for the matrimonial industry
✅ Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing initiatives
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools
✔ Experience scaling consumer internet platforms, dating, matrimonial, social networking, or marketplace products is preferred
✔ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth
