Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin Executive for our CA firm in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, coordination related to income tax work, basic accounting activities, client follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day operations of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office administration activities
- Handling client coordination and document collection
- Assisting in Income Tax related work and compliance tracking
- Maintaining records, files, and documentation properly
- Basic accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Managing invoices, expenses, and office payments
- Coordinating with internal team members and clients
- Drafting emails and maintaining communication records
- Supporting GST, TDS, and other compliance-related activities
- Handling office supplies and vendor coordination
- Maintaining confidentiality of client information
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Income Tax and accounting
- Understanding of Tally, Excel, and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in CA firm or accounting environment
- Commerce graduate preferred
- Familiarity with taxation and compliance documentation
- Stable work history and professional attitude
Pay: ₹10,950.49 - ₹25,974.05 per month
