Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Ensure proper stock handling and inventory management.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Check and maintain bar supplies and equipment.
- Handle billing and coordinate with service staff.
- Follow company SOPs and safety standards.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Support smooth daily bar operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Presentable personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
