We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups when required.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
