Summary:
UST is looking for Project Management Officer.
Role Summary
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Business Analysts to support operational governance, revenue management, invoicing, contract administration, and financial reporting activities. The candidate will work closely with PMs, AMs, Finance teams, REVIN teams, and PMO stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, revenue compliance, timely billing, and business performance reporting. Responsibilities align with revenue governance, invoicing, SOW validation, and financial review processes used across the Semicon portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
- Perform Revenue Recognition and Revenue Submission activities.
- Review billing summaries and validate invoices before submission.
- Create and manage customer invoices.
- Maintain and track SoW (Statement of Work) repository.
- Validate Purchase Orders (POs) against contracts and SoWs.
- Support SO creation, PIP updates, and SoW updates in REVIN.
- Consolidate associate allowances and operational cost inputs.
- Coordinate with PMs, Finance, PMO, and Account Teams for data validation.
- Ensure operational data accuracy and timely completion of month-end activities.
Financial Responsibilities
- Review draft P&L statements and identify discrepancies.
- Report financial corrections and follow up for closure.
- Review final P&L reports and update approved changes.
- Perform financial analysis and variance reporting.
- Support revenue, profitability, billing, and margin analysis.
- Generate management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial governance activities.

Educational Qualification
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com / BBA / PGDM (Finance)
- Any equivalent degree with relevant experience in Finance Operations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Management, PMO Finance, Business Finance, or Business Analysis.
- Experience working with invoicing, revenue tracking, financial reporting, and governance processes.
- Exposure to tools such as REVIN, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting project, account, or portfolio management teams.
Success Metrics
- 100% accuracy in revenue and invoice submissions.
- Timely closure of month-end activities.
- Accurate SoW and PO validation.
- Reduced billing and revenue leakage.
- Timely submission of financial reports and P&L reviews.
- Improved operational and financial governance.
