Role Summary: lead business analysis, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE modules, especially Sales and Customer Service.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
- Business process analysis and stakeholder management.
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Understanding of CRM security models, solution management, and release processes.
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services and API-based integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI solutions.
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
