Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, online marketplace management, and improving overall online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart Meesho, Shopify, etc.)
- Upload new products with proper descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints
