We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Agricultural Engineering Faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction and training to students in core Agricultural Engineering subjects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing learning materials, evaluating student performance, and providing academic guidance to help students achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical training sessions in Agricultural Engineering subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Teach subjects such as Farm Power & Machinery, Irrigation & Drainage Engineering, Soil & Water Conservation Engineering, Agricultural Process & Food Engineering, Renewable Energy in Agriculture, and Farm Structures.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations.
- Guide students in academic projects, field-based training, laboratory work, and technical activities.
- Provide training on industry-relevant tools and emerging technologies such as precision agriculture, IoT, and farm automation, where applicable.
- Maintain student attendance, records, and academic reports.
- Support students in skill development, career guidance, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Agricultural Engineering.
- Foster an engaging and positive learning environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Agricultural Engineering concepts and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, CropWat, or similar agricultural/irrigation design software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
