Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Operations Intern to support day-to-day customer operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout their journey.
This internship is ideal for candidates interested in customer experience, operations, client management, and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
- Follow up with customers regarding ongoing or completed requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring concerns when necessary.
- Support customer onboarding and engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and response timelines.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and maintaining customer data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
