Job Title: Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive commercial real estate sales and expand our Channel Partner (CP) network. The incumbent will be responsible for generating business through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and other lead sources while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for commercial real estate projects.
- Develop, onboard, and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) network to generate quality business opportunities.
- Build relationships with brokers, consultants, and other business associates to maximize market reach.
- Generate sales through direct client acquisition, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and channel partners.
- Follow up on leads generated through CRM, digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial property solutions aligned with their business and investment objectives.
- Conduct project presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective clients.
- Handle customer objections, negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, CP engagement activities, and other sales initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and proactively explore new lead generation opportunities.
- Assist customers with booking formalities, agreements, documentation, and payment coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including CRM, legal, finance, and projects, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
- 3–10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience in developing and managing Channel Partner networks.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
