Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can independently execute and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, work closely with internal teams and clients, and drive measurable outcomes across content, email, and strategy. This role is best suited for early- to mid-level marketing professionals with hands-on execution experience.
Key Responsibilties

Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters, and track their performance.

Maintain email lists, segmentation, and ensure good deliverability.

Write and manage cold email sequences and outreach campaigns.

Monitor email health, verify prospect lists, and maintain clean databases.

Conduct keyword research and write SEO-optimised blogs.

Publish and update blogs on WordPress/Webflow and support content distribution on social media.

Manage LinkedIn posts, coordinate with designers, and support founder branding.

Create pitch decks, case studies, ICPs, buyer personas, and other marketing assets.

Coordinate website projects and work with tools like Brevo, Apollo, Saleshandy, Webflow, Canva, and SEO tools.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media.

Excellent writing and research skills with attention to structure and clarity.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and iterate.
- Experience with marketing and outreach tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a zeal to learn storytelling.
