We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth while promoting premium Ayurveda wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable service recommendations
- Conduct regular follow-ups to achieve sales conversions
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
