We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Quality Check (QC) processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate models, reviewing project deliverables, identifying errors, and ensuring compliance with client standards and company quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Develop and modify architectural, structural, and MEP models as per project requirements.
- Perform Quality Checks (QC) on 2D drawings and 3D models before submission.
- Identify modeling errors, clashes, and inconsistencies, and coordinate with the team for corrections.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client standards, project specifications, and BIM standards.
- Review project documentation, drawings, and model data for accuracy.
- Coordinate with Project Leads, BIM Coordinators, and other team members to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain project timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Follow company SOPs, CAD/BIM standards, and naming conventions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and modeling standards
- Experience in Quality Checking (QC) of BIM models and drawings
- Ability to identify and resolve modeling errors
- Understanding of LOD standards and project documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in BIM Modeling and QC.
- Experience in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling is mandatory.
