About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can independently manage Odoo implementation projects, understand business requirements, lead development teams, and deliver end-to-end ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Odoo Community Edition along with project leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation, customization, deployment, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Lead and mentor technical teams including Odoo developers and support staff.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide optimal ERP solutions.
- Ensure successful integration of Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
- Provide user training, process documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with management and cross-functional departments for successful project execution.

- Experience in third-party integrations such as payment gateways, logistics, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Odoo Certification (Mandatory/Preferred).
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant Odoo implementation experience.
- Proven experience in handling multiple Odoo projects independently.
