Role Description This is a full-time role for a Premiere Pro Coach at Epic Flow Academy, based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Some tasks can be completed remotely. The coach will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions in Adobe Premiere Pro, mentoring students in video editing techniques, and guiding them through real-world projects. Responsibilities include creating structured lesson plans, offering individualized feedback, and ensuring students master essential video editing skills for their professional development. Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, video editing workflows, and post-production techniques Experience in creating tutorials, training content, or conducting educational workshops Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback Knowledge of advanced editing techniques such as transitions, color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics Familiarity with crafting video content for platforms like YouTube, social media, and cinematic projects Ability to guide students from beginner to advanced levels with patience and professionalism Previous experience in video production, content creation, or training roles is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional xperience is preferred
