*Job Description:*
* Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-based activities for Pre-Primary students.
* Follow Montessori teaching methods and encourage hands-on, activity-based learning.
* Create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Develop students’ communication, cognitive, social, emotional and motor skills.
* Prepare lesson plans, learning materials and classroom activities.
* Monitor and assess students’ academic and overall development.
* Maintain student records and provide regular feedback to parents.
* Manage classroom discipline with patience and a child-friendly approach.
* Participate in school events, activities and other academic responsibilities.
*Candidate Profile:*
* Minimum *10+ years of relevant experience* as a Montessori / Pre-Primary / Kindergarten Teacher.
* *Montessori Training / Diploma in Montessori Education* is preferred.
* NTT / TTC / D.T.Ed / B.Ed qualification will be an added advantage.
* Excellent *English communication skills*.
* Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate, patient and nurturing towards young learners.
* *CBSE school experience will be highly preferred.*
* Candidates who can independently handle a Montessori classroom are preferred.
