- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using Oracle PLSQL.
- Ability to optimize database performance through effective query tuning and indexing strategies.
- Familiarity with integrating PLSQL code with application layers and understanding of database architecture.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting database-related issues to ensure system reliability.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development practices.
