Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential clients, explaining company services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Identify customer requirements and present suitable company services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on lead status.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to build a career in sales.
