Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain client records and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2–5 years of field sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use technology effectively.
