Salesforce Business Analyst (3–4 Years)
Location: Cloud Intellect – Pune | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Overview:
Cloud Intellect is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of Salesforce BA experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Strong CRM knowledge: Reports, Dashboards, Flows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Agile experience; familiarity with Jira/Confluence
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or BA) are a plus
