Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (Monthly & Daily)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Associate to join our in-house sales team. The role involves telecalling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant company services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve team and individual targets.
- Participate in sales reviews, training sessions, and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
