Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract talent.
Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring records.
Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring needs.
Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
As an HR Executive (Hiring Recruitment), you play a key role in finding and onboarding top talent.
