BDE Executive Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
- Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.
- Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.
- Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, product, content, Finance and legal teams for collation of data and alignment to ensure all necessary regulatory checks are followed.
- Maintain proper documentation and a central tender repository with both digital and physical copies
- Maximize win rate through timely engagement of required stakeholders, both internal and external
- Create Ad-hoc reports and summary for presentation to Senior Leadership
BBA, B.Com or BCA graduates or pursuing students can also apply.
