Job description:
Position: HR Executive
TrustWise Consultant is hiring for a partnered company.
- Location: Mhow, Madhya Pradesh
- Position: HR Executive
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
- Experience: 3 to 4 Years
- Female Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities:
- HR drafting, documentation, and employee record management
- End-to-end recruitment and complete employee life cycle management, from onboarding to exit formalities
- Payroll assistance and salary processing support
- Training & Development coordination
- Attendance and leave management
- HR operations, statutory compliance support, and administrative coordination
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
Note: Local candidates from Rau, Mhow, and Pithampur & Immediate joiners will be preferred.
