Job Overview:
MKR Techsoft Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for our Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth for domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Fiverr, and other platforms
- Handle client communication and project discussions
- Develop business strategies and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with SEO, Web Development, SMO, and Content teams
- Prepare proposals and maintain client relationships
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in digital marketing sales
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing
- Experience with bidding portals and lead generation
- Good English communication skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency preferred
