Junior Architect / Architectural Draftsman
We are looking for a Junior Architect / Architectural Draftsman with strong technical drawing and architectural detailing skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of sectional drawings, plans, elevations, and working/construction drawings and be proficient in AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop accurate sectional drawings with proper dimensions, levels, materials, and construction details.
- Convert architectural concepts and sketches into detailed technical drawings.
- Prepare construction and architectural detailing drawings as per project requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications to drawings based on design and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, dimensions, annotations, and revisions.
- Assist senior architects in design development and technical documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and suitable for execution at site.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of architectural sectional drawings and detailing.
- Good knowledge of plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and levels.
- Understanding of basic construction methods and building materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Experience in preparing working and construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of structural drawings and architectural coordination.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Assistantship, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD and technical drawing skills may also apply.
Important
Candidates with strong sectional drawing, working drawing, and architectural detailing skills will be preferred.
Candidates should be able to share a portfolio or sample drawings, especially sectional drawings, working drawings, plans, and elevations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
