Job Summary
NFCI Group of Education is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our 21 campuses across India. The role demands a recruitment-focused HR professional capable of driving timely hiring, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate Office and 21 campuses across India.
- Collaborate with Business Heads and Campus Heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets within defined TAT.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus drives.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate technical and management rounds, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for academic, sales, operations, support, and leadership positions.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring productivity.
- Oversee HR operations across all campuses, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, HR documentation, HRMS, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR standards.
- Prepare HR MIS, recruitment dashboards, and management reports.
- Travel to campuses for recruitment drives, HR audits, training, and operational support.
Desired Skills
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, especially multi-location and volume hiring.
- Experience in managing HR operations across multiple branches/campuses.
- Sound knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across campuses as per business requirements.
