Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Holiday Advisor specialising in Vacation Ownership to join our growing sales team. This is a target-based role suited to professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment, are confident presenting high-value propositions to clients, and are comfortable with frequent travel as part of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through calls, in-person meetings, and site visits to present and close vacation ownership plans
- Understand client travel preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the most suitable membership offering
- Conduct product presentations, resort tours, and ownership briefings in a compelling and professional manner
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through referrals, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals
- Travel to client locations, partner resorts, and sales events as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and closures.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless post-sale client experience
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vacation ownership sales or timeshare sales (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission or target-based role
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with the ability to handle objections professionally
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as part of the role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time and priorities independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
