Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor – Interior to supervise and coordinate day-to-day residential interior site activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion, proper workforce coordination, and smooth project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site execution as per approved drawings, work orders, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and verify site readiness before starting installation activities.
- Supervise modular furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and project managers.
- Take and verify site measurements before execution.
- Check materials received at site against the work order and material checklist.
- Ensure proper installation and workmanship as per D’LIFE quality standards.
- Allocate daily tasks to installation teams and monitor productivity.
- Track project progress and report delays, site issues, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid rework and delays.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues promptly.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site access, work schedules, and execution-related requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the project.
- Support part-payment and final-payment collection as required.
- Ensure snag rectification and completion of pending works before handover.
- Coordinate final project handover and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect project completion feedback and support obtaining client reviews.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior execution or fit-out site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of modular interiors, carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Experience in handling installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across residential project sites in Chennai.
- Experience in modular residential interiors will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
