We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Pizza & Wings restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, maintain quality food standards, and drive profitability. A strong passion for food, service, and leadership is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, food prep oversight, and cleanliness.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front and back-of-house employees.
- Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer experience by addressing complaints and maintaining service standards.
- Inventory & Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and manage food cost controls.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company and safety standards.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive sales and control costs to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with health department regulations and ensure safe food handling practices.
- Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate on or execute local marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
- Experience required 3-4 years.
