Senior Maintenance Manager – Engineering & Maintenance
Location: Thane HO (3 days) & Bhiwandi/Asangaon (2 days)
Reporting To: Head – Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Industry: Color Cosmetics & Skin Care Manufacturing
Role Summary
Lead maintenance operations to ensure high equipment reliability, maximum uptime, GMP compliance, safety, and cost-efficient plant operations across manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance (TPM/RCM).
- Ensure high equipment uptime and improve OEE.
- Maintain cosmetic manufacturing equipment, utilities, HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, RO/DM plants, ETP, and electrical systems.
- Manage spare parts, AMCs, vendors, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (ISO 22716), FDA, calibration, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and statutory requirements.
- Lead maintenance documentation, audits, CAPA, and RCA.
- Drive automation, energy-saving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D for new product introductions.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or Diploma with relevant experience.
- 12–18 years in FMCG/Cosmetics/Personal Care/Pharma maintenance.
- 4–5 years in a maintenance leadership role.
- Experience with cosmetic manufacturing and filling/packing equipment preferred.
Key Skills
- Mechanical, electrical, utilities & automation (PLC/SCADA).
- CMMS (SAP PM/Maximo), TPM, RCM, Lean, Kaizen.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Key KPIs
Equipment Uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, Breakdown Hours, Energy Efficiency, Audit Readiness, and Safety Performance.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
