- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Support job posting and employer branding activities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Learn and apply recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Work closely with the HR team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
