Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, ensure successful product adoption, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding implementations, support requests, renewals, and ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, and Accounts, to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Assist customers in onboarding and product adoption activities.
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, and review sessions.
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and solutions.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and service delivery.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer queries and support tickets.
- Prepare customer success reports and periodic updates for management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM/Bigin preferred).
- Knowledge of business applications and SaaS products will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Customer Success, CRM, or Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
