Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Engineer – Computer Vision to lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade Computer Vision solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role involving architecture, coding, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with customers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Computer Vision engineers.
- Design and optimize Computer Vision algorithms and pipelines.
- Deploy production-ready AI solutions on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and Jetson edge devices.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Balance technical leadership with hands-on development.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Computer Vision.
- Minimum 2 years in a Lead/Senior role.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, CUDA, and TensorRT.
- Experience with Object Detection, Tracking, Segmentation, Recognition, or Video Analytics.
- Production deployment experience of Computer Vision applications.
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Orin/Xavier or similar).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
